A lesbian from Nigeria has shared some of her experiences on social media.
The woman claims that several of the spouses of Nigerian men are in her direct message. She went on to say that she tried to pray away her homosexuality and that she had disclosed her sexual orientation to her family five years prior.

The woman also revealed that, even now knowing she is gay, her family continues to inquire as to when she plans to tie the knot.
